Donatello joined the executive search field when headhunting no longer meant only hanging personal trophies on a wall… After working for some years for a recruitment firm specialized in telco & ICT at the height of the internet bubble, he joined Hoffman and has been working since then on very diverse assignments across a wide range of industries and services companies, and developed a strong affinity more particularly for assignments within SMEs, hospitals and manufacturing environments.
