Bart joined forces with Hoffman in 2021 and is expanding the firm’s business in executive interim management, next to his commitment in executive search.

After a multinational career in commercial and general management, Bart has also been active as an interim change manager himself (2006 – 2020), mostly in the role of transition CEO to support and guide various companies facing important change or restructuring projects or that were up to an integration, M&A or carve-out process.

His expertise combines a thorough understanding of the client’s business with a passion for talent acquisition.

Bart holds a Master degree in Applied Economics (UFSIA, Antwerp) and an MBA (‘PUB’ at Vlerick Management School). Throughout his career he has continuously kept his knowledge up to high standards (a.o. Guberna board educations, Vlerick Interim Management, …).
